Shipments are sent to the following countries: Estonia.

Domestic shipments within Estonia usually reach the destination specified by the buyer within 1-7 working days from the conclusion of the sales contract. No deliveries are made on weekends or public holidays. We will ship the goods on the next business day following a public holiday.

Outside of Estonia, delivery is made within 7 calendar days.

In exceptional cases, delivery may take up to 30 calendar days. If the Online Store has informed the buyer of delivery issues and a deadline exceeding 30 calendar days on the website or in the order confirmation, the deadline provided by the Online Store will apply.

Pickup at Järveotsa tee 13-120, Tallinn is free of charge. Orders over €35 within Estonia are delivered to parcel terminals free of charge. Free delivery by courier for orders starting from €69.

If you notice any damage, make sure to note it upon receipt of the shipment and write a free-form report on the damage to the shipment. If no package damage is noted at the time of delivery, the shipment is considered to be handed over in good condition and undamaged.
